On Hägerstensåsen south of Stockholm, FFAB has developed a residential building in harmony with the area’s otherwise typical post-war architecture. The property contains 61 attractive apartments with 1-3 rooms and kitchens, as well as premises in a corner location.

In February 2021, production started together with Andersson Company. It was the first project FFAB built for its own management, which has enabled us to further broaden our market.

Fastighetsförädlarna’s new production in Hägersten was completed in the fall of 2022 and is now managed as rental apartments with all apartments occupied, from one to three rooms and kitchens.
