Jutesprånget on consultation
Älvsjö has been identified as a district with great potential for urban development. Jutesprånget will now contribute to strengthening Johan Skyttes väg as a city street and a link between Älvsjö center and Älvsjö Villastad and Långbro.
The proposal for the detailed plan, carried out together with Kod Arkitekter, includes a planning area with 60-75 homes – just a few hundred meters from the city center. These apartment buildings will replace two detached villas and a disused gas station.
