Three quick questions to André Rosberg, Business Developer at FFAB

Background:

Has run his own consulting company with a focus on real estate development, financing, and transactions.

Your mission as a Business Developer?

– My work involves finding new business areas and carrying out acquisitions, divestments, financing, and planning. It is very much about finding the right spaces and good investment opportunities and adding value to projects.

FFAB’s strength?

– We have had a good flow of projects even during the pandemic and our business is found through our strong networks. FFAB has two main strengths that create competitive advantages for the company. Firstly, FFAB has a single owner, which allows us to be flexible and act quickly as a decision can be taken at the coffee machine if necessary. Secondly, we have a very long history of implementation with stable partners.

Drivkraft?

– My motivation? I enjoy doing business and meeting people. I don’t think I’ll ever get “full and done”, I like to keep moving forward and have many balls in the air at the same time. The next project focus is to find more properties that generate rental income and we have a promising project pipeline.
