As an addition to Barkarbystaden, Fastighetsf\u00f6r\u00e4dlarna is developing a neighborhood with housing and a hotel. The neighborhood, with around 200 homes, is strategically and accessibly located in the expansive area of Barkarby, close to both the E18 and northwest Stockholm’s emerging public transport hub. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a focus on sustainability and a low climate impact, the project has a construction start planned for 2026.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n
