New Downtown Area in S\u00e4tra<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Fastighetsf\u00f6r\u00e4dlarna acquired S\u00e4tra Centrum at a foreclosure auction in the spring of 2025. The previously ongoing detailed planning work has been put on hold and will now be resumed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A new zoning plan is expected to enable the construction of hundreds of housing units and commercial spaces in the nature-rich S\u00e4tra neighborhood in southwestern Stockholm.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
