Addition of tenant-owned apartments in Skog\u00e5s Centrum<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In an area where the housing stock consists mostly of rental units, Fastighetsf\u00f6r\u00e4dlarna plan to build 110 new tenant-owned apartments \u2013 an addition that will create an attractive mix of tenure types. The one- to four-bedroom apartments with a kitchen will be built with a distinct sustainability profile after the plan is adopted, which is expected in 2026. <\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n
