Addition of tenant-owned apartments in Skogås Centrum
In an area where the housing stock consists mostly of rental units, Fastighetsförädlarna plan to build 110 new tenant-owned apartments – an addition that will create an attractive mix of tenure types. The one- to four-bedroom apartments with a kitchen will be built with a distinct sustainability profile after the plan is adopted, which is expected in 2026.
