Annual report 2024

FFAB can now present its annual report for 2024. Today, just as when we founded Fastighetsförädlarna, we see a vibrant and expansive Mälardalen area around the capital – from Uppsala in the north to Linköping in the south and west to Karlstad. We see a part of Sweden with a great need for high-quality residential, community, and commercial properties, where more than half of Sweden’s population lives and works.
