Annual Report 2024 (English)

FFAB can now present its Annual Report for 2024. Just as when we founded Fastighetsförädlarna, we can today see a vibrant and expansive Mälardalen area around the capital – from Uppsala in the north to Linköping in the south and west towards Karlstad. We can see a part of Sweden with a high need for high-quality residential units, public and commercial properties, where more than half of Sweden’s population lives and works.
