Annual Report 2025 (English)

FFAB can now present its Annual Report for 2025. During a year in which the market gradually moved towards better balance and renewed confidence in the future, Fastighetsförädlarna continued to act with a long-term and selective approach. Through new acquisitions, ongoing construction in Järfälla, the start of production in Hägersten and the acquisition of Sätra Centrum, the company has strengthened its position for the future. With strong market knowledge, solid partnerships and a project portfolio with significant development potential, the work continues to create vibrant urban environments and attractive housing in the Mälardalen region.
