FFAB is developing the Nordic region’s largest nursing home with a total of 201 apartments in Vård Norra and Vård Södra with an area of approximately 17,000 square meters. The tenant will be Attendo, which has signed a 15-year lease for both project properties. FFAB has refined and developed the properties as modern healthcare buildings in an urban environment, with a focus on quality and sustainability. The properties are constructed as environmentally-friendly buildings, with a silver rating, the second-highest environmental classification, for low energy consumption, excellent indoor environment, and sustainable material selection.
