FFAB is now entering new territory beyond Mälardalen when we build 119 rental apartments on the outskirts of Karlstad city center. Despite its proximity to the city, Gräsdalen’s location right on the edge of the forest gives it a rural feel, which is reinforced by natural-colored wooden facades.

The project consists of two buildings with space-efficient one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The buildings will have The Nordic Swan Ecolabel and solar cells installed on the roof. Construction will start at the end of 2024, with occupation planned after about 18 months.
