Here in Karlstad, Fastighetsförädlarna is constructing 119 rental apartments with proximity to both the city centre and nature. The apartments are divided between one, two, and three-room units with a kitchen and space-efficient design solutions. The location on the edge of the forest creates a rural feeling that is reinforced by the naturally coloured wood cladding and sustainable construction. Construction will commence at the end of 2025, with occupancy after approximately 18 months.
