Small-town feel with proximity to the city

South of Veddesta, FFAB is developing two residential projects in the fast-growing single-family house area
Ormbacka. An area with a variety of small and medium-sized housing types is created here, which gives a pleasant small town feeling – despite being only a couple of kilometers from the E18 and Barkarby station’s urban environment.

In the Skälby block, 77 new condominiums will be built in the form of 34 semi-detached and terraced houses and two small-scale apartment buildings. Ranging from space-efficient studios to larger semi-detached houses with private gardens, people of different ages and backgrounds are able to find a new home here. The neighborhood will be characterized by generous communal areas and each house will have its own patio.
