Small-town feel with proximity to the city

South of Veddesta, Fastighetsförädlarna is developing two residential projects in the fast-growing Ormbacka area. An area with a variety of small and medium-sized housing types is created here, which gives a pleasant small town feeling – despite being only a couple of kilometers from the E18 and Barkarby station’s urban environment.

Brf Skälby Trädgård consists of 34 semi-detached and terraced houses. The neighborhood will be characterized by generous communal areas and each house will have its own patio.

Adjacent to Skälby Trädgård, two small-scale apartment buildings in the form of smaller space-efficient apartments are also being built under the project name Skälby Orangery, inspired by the light and natural feel of the neighborhood.

The mix of terraced houses, semi-detached houses and apartment buildings means that people of different ages and backgrounds can find a new home here.
