An increase in the number of condominiums in Hägersten

During the year, Fastighetsförädlarna acquired Drag­ningslistan 3 in Hägersten, which includes an existing residential building with rental units, as well as a building permit. The building rights were spun off into a separate property in early 2025, Dragningslistan 7, where new condominiums are to be built. The existing residential building was sold in the spring of 2025. The new project is located not far from FFAB’s completed project Drawing List 6.
