An addition of tenant-owned apartments in Hägersten
During the year, Fastighetsförädlarna acquired Dragningslistan 3 in Hägersten, with an existing residential building containing rental units, as well as a development right. The development right was split off into its own separate property at the beginning of 2025, Dragningslistan 7, where new tenant-owned apartments will be built. The existing residential building was divested in spring 2025. The new project is not far from FFAB’s completed project Dragningslistan 6.
