The largest nursing home in the Nordic region is expanding

As a real estate company, we have always preserved the original history of the site when we start planning new construction projects. Based on our long experience, we know that the best possible quality of life for residents requires more than buildings of high design, functionality, and quality. Just as important is a local environment that offers various forms of services, common meeting places, and lush nature.

Our holistic approach in construction projects is to create conditions for people to get to know each other. We build terraces, spas, exercise areas, and courtyards that not only contribute to a sense of well-being and community, but also to a sense of pride and security for residents.

When we got the opportunity to build community properties at Kapellgärdet, we saw the chance to supplement the 158 apartments with Vård Norra, Vård Södra and the Kids2Home preschool. This is thanks to a fruitful and long cooperation with Attendo as tenants. In 2021, we will complete the preschool and the largest nursing home in the Nordic region.

In this way, we can build bridges between generations and people – and hope to create meeting places for a softer climate and a friendlier future.
